In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Job Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential new clients within our target market.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients and partners.

Client Relationships:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to present compelling solutions and value propositions.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of our products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute a personalized sales plan to achieve or exceed assigned quotas.
  • Monitor and track progress towards sales goals and KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average deal size).
  • Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity to develop competitive advantages.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support the sales process.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of our industry and target market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A data-driven approach to sales and performance analysis.
  • Passion for building relationships and exceeding expectations.
