Shalom SHEBRAH is the Head, Human Resources and Corporate Services of GVE Projects Limited. Her primary role is to support, develop and implement HR and People strategies aligned to GVE’s business objectives. Part of her core responsibilities as Head, HR and Corporate Services is aimed at building an employer brand by infusing talent engagement and retention strategies. 

Over the years, her walk through the Human Resource sphere availed her the opportunity to work with several multinational recruitment agencies and well-placed Technical Assistance Partners in the Oil, Gas and Construction Industries such as MPH Global now an Assystem Company, AEWA Nig. Ltd, L’AINE Services Ghana amongst others. 

She has recruited and managed several HR functions on projects for TOTAL E&P; Nig. Ltd, Lafarge Nig, WAGPco Ghana, Antartic Limited, AI Energy. With all these experiences and her knowledge of the fast-paced multicultural environment, she is cosmopolitan and an avid team player who is equipped with excellent communication, time, and people management skills. She studied Business Administration and Management at Institut Superieur de Formation Professionnelle (ISFOP- Benin University) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management – CIHRSM
